It was a great experience from the moment I walked into the showroom. I was greeted by the Floor Manager while they located Anthony for me. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advise on some of the different models and trims. I would highly recommend working with Anthony on your next purchase. Anthony is the main reason I shopped with Toyota, honest and cares about the customer. But once he got me to the store the rest of the Toyota staff was helpful and patient, taking me through every step with and cares about the customer. It's been two months - still waiting on second key. Calls and emails to Anthony not returned. He was great during sales process - but disappointing post sale. The floor sales manager was a jerk. Tried to bait and switch the deal agreed to over the phone. Basically would only give me the deal we agreed to if I purchased $3k of dealer options that I did not want. I walked out. Cooler heads prevailed and the dealership ultimately honored the original deal that we agreed to over the phone. Unfortunately I don't remember his name - I think is was Bryan Barton based on the pictures. More

The next day after reviewing other prices on line, I found that the price for the LE model purchased and some of the extras that were added on were a little too high! Other then that my overall my exper found that the price for the LE model purchased and some of the extras that were added on were a little too high! Anthony did a very good job at listening to what I was looking for and staying within those needs. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and his overall interaction from start to finish was very professi looking for and staying within those needs. My salesperson, Anthony, recognized me and my daughter after not seeing us for about a year. Service was finished in about an hour and a half. Love my truck and my kids do too.
