After my recent service, there were a couple of issues that Woodfield Lexus quickly and effectively handled. Matt the tech was even sent to my house to resolve an issue with my glove box. I thought that my Variable Cruise Control was not working properly. The mechanic tested it and found nothing wrong. I have found another exceptional service rep in Anthony Lopez. Woodfield has been my one stop shop since Schmuller sold me 2001 RX 300.
