We test drove a van here on July 1. The salesman said the van/trim/color I wanted was impossible to get, wanted to make zero effort to find elsewhere but reluctantly told us I was a l The salesman said the van/trim/color I wanted was impossible to get, wanted to make zero effort to find elsewhere but reluctantly told us I was a lucky person and they had one coming in a week. We put down a reservation as they said this would ensure we got to test drive it/buy it before anyone else could. 1 week passed, nothing. We got told 3-4 more days, those days passed and nothing. We asked for update, then got told another date and nothing. Our salesman just kept saying dates and it never came. We had to be the ones to initiate an update. The shipment came, our van wasn’t on it, no communication was made only I noticed on website. Our salesman said he didn’t know what happened and he’d get back to my husband by the end of the day, never called back. 2 days later I called the sales manager who took all day to get back to me and said maybe 3-4 days. The van came while I was out of town, my husband spoke to them and they agreed to hold it for a few days until my return since we couldn’t put our life on hold for their many false dates. I noticed on the website 2-3 days later it disappeared, my husband called and they had sold it despite our reservation and money down!!!!! Also the salesman knew it sold yesterday and never bothered to inform us, if I hadn’t checked, we wouldn’t have been told until we got to the dealership. I would never encourage anyone to keep business local with this dealership as they clearly do not care about customer service at all. More

Really enjoyed meeting both the salesman and the manager. Only complaint I have is whoever was supposed to clean the car up put armor all on the floor mats. To slippery when using brakes and gas.
