At this Rick Case Kia dealer in Sunrise they commit fraud and lie to the customer. I went to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe on October 7, 2023 and they wanted to sell me the vehicle $1,000 higher when a price had al and lie to the customer. I went to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe on October 7, 2023 and they wanted to sell me the vehicle $1,000 higher when a price had already been discussed and with damage to the rear bumper when they said the vehicle was in perfect condition. I traveled 3 hours and 45 minutes to make this purchase for this car and ended up leaving empty-handed. The worst treatment I have received at this dealer and especially with Mr. Anthony Larson who does not know how to deal with customers. More

I know there's a chip shortage and all but the way this dealership is doing business is unacceptable. I first submitted an online inquiry and received a message asking if I wanted to be kept up to date whe dealership is doing business is unacceptable. I first submitted an online inquiry and received a message asking if I wanted to be kept up to date when the model I'm looking for came in. I said yes. A few weeks later, I got the text that the model was in and asking if I could come in. Knowing it wouldn't last long on the lot, I canceled work obligations to go in and see it and I text Kim to let her know when I was on my way in so as to not waste anyone's time. When I showed up, it turns out Kim is a call room employee, not a salesperson so she was nowhere to be found - and neither was the car I was there to see. Turns out it was in the shop having work done so I canceled work for no reason as I was unable to test drive it. The salesperson made a racist anti-Asian joke in my presence and then tried to justify it when I called him out on it. Per my request, he took the details of my potential trade-in so as to not make it a complete waste of time...except that they never got back to me with a trade-in value. I called in to express my displeasure and another employee, Vladimir, offered to get to the bottom of it and call me back but never did call me back. I called again and spoke to the sales manager, Anthony, this time who assured me "this isn't how [we] usually do business" and provided a non-binding trade-in value over the phone. Anthony offered to look into the past customer service failures of his staff and return my call but, well, I'll just let you guess how that ended up. I've since called him back twice and left voicemails to no avail. It's a shame because I am a seriously interested buyer in need of a company car but I assure you Rick Case Kia will not be earning my business with this abhorrent customer service. More

Was lied to about exchangin my lease for a new one They will lie to you just to get the sale. Salesman Houssine text me about exchanging my lease for a new kia, he told me that I qualified for Kia vehi They will lie to you just to get the sale. Salesman Houssine text me about exchanging my lease for a new kia, he told me that I qualified for Kia vehicle exchange program for my old lease to trade for a new lease and owe nothing. After exchanging my old lease for a new lease I got billed $4000 for my old lease wear and tear overages and tires. I got this bill 2 months after I got my new car. The financing person named Ted never disclosed I would still owe these charges. He told me he didnt have to disclose that because it was disclosed to me 3 years ago!!!!When I called the sales manager Anthony Larson he stated there was nothing he could do for me. I told him I had text messages for his salesman showing I was promised I would trade in my lease without owing anything else on it but he didnt care he didnt even want to give me his email address to see these text messages. I told him I couldn't afford to pay $4000 for my old car on top of my new car payment and he did not care. Same sleazy lying salesman here. I thought Rick Case Dealers were better than this. I also called the general Manager and no he didnt even bother to call me back. Bad salesman bad finance department that lies and tries to upsell at all cost and bad manager Anthony Larson. More
