I have visited to fix a flat tire issue. It was identified as a Tire failure, with no nails or Road hazard. Michelin gives a 55,000 miles guarantee for the tire and the tire was originally purchase identified as a Tire failure, with no nails or Road hazard. Michelin gives a 55,000 miles guarantee for the tire and the tire was originally purchased by the same dealer, but I was told the Tore is not covered in warranty and I was charged $400 for one tire. The MSRP of this Tore is $230 officially and is charged $210 at all other Tire shops, but the cost is very high (almost double) at the dealer. I had to get it done and paid ~$400, but I will surely think about visiting this dealer in future. We need to really look at the pricing structure if you need to attract more customers. More

Love my car but wide gap in promise vs. actual experience Was told my car would be ready and returned the same day or, if not, someone would call with an update and set up new delivery time. No call. Did not receive a call the next time until I called three times and finally got a call back. Was told I had a nail in my tire and I needed two tires because of the tread differential in the two rear tires because of the nail. The car only has 9800 miles on it and I only picked up the nail the day before. When I questioned this recommendation, I was told the technician “made a mistake” and I only needed one tire after all. When my car was returned, it had several black scuff marks along the left rear quarter-panel where they changed the tire, I was unable to get the marks off by washing the car and had to go buy some wax to get the marks off. The combination of the lack of communication, me having to initiate the calls for updates, the clear over-reaching on the service technician recommending the second tire, and the black scuff marks did not make for a positive experience on my first visit to your service department. At the end, my Green apologized for “all the hiccups” but hardly the experience of “owning a Porsche purchased from Jim Ellis” that was promised during the buying process. Unsure of whether I would actually recommend this service center after only one experience, but the site made me answer in order to submit this response. Writing this not as an indictment but in hopes it assists the dealership to improve. Look forward to next time and hope it’s better. More

First Impression/ Customer Service We stopped in to look at the Porsche Panamera. Jay was at the front desk and greeted us and said he would get a sales person to help us. May answered the call but since she didn’t think we were serious buyers she left us to help someone else Jay took the time to ask more questions, understand what we looking for and offered a test drive. He is an excellent sales person. Took time to listen and after the test drive I was very interested in buying the car. I followed up and bought the car. More
