I drove 50 miles to get to this dealer. On the 50-mile drive home the car was making a funny noise. Once I got to local roads, the noise was much worse. It turned out that when the dealer changed the oi drive home the car was making a funny noise. Once I got to local roads, the noise was much worse. It turned out that when the dealer changed the oil they didn't put the bolts in the front of the splash pan, and its front edge was dragging on the ground. Had it gotten caught and ripped off the car, it could have caused a multi-car 70-MPH accident. Anybody can make a mistake, but when I called to report the problem and that I had paid $58 to have it repaired, the only responses I got were "So what?" and "What do you want me to do about it?" They wouldn't even reimburse me for the repair cost, let alone have any regret that they caused such a dangerous condition. Anyone can make a mistake, but when you are paying more than $20,000 for a car, you expect the company to stand behind it. All I got was that it is now my problem. Definitely will not use this dealership again! More
