I had what others may call a unique experience at Bay Ridge Honda. While my daughter and I were looking at the cars in the showroom, a very nice gentleman came up to us and introduced himself as Eddie I Ridge Honda. While my daughter and I were looking at the cars in the showroom, a very nice gentleman came up to us and introduced himself as Eddie Itskovich and said to let him know if we need assistance. There was no high pressure, salesmen weren't following us around and we felt comfortable. I decided on a 4 dr. Accord. I spoke with Mr. Itskovich who explained the workings of the car. I met with Mr. Berntsen, the Sales Manager of Bay Ridge Honda who was very knowledgeable regarding financing options. Both men did not high pressure me nor did they attempt to pressure me. I then met with Mr. Gambino who prepared my paperwork and got me a great deal on my new Accord. Mr. Gambino then called Mr. Galante, Director of Service and Parts, and my daughter and I found ourselves following him into the Service Department. Needless to say I was so impressed. Mr. Galante ran his Department like a well oiled machine and highly respected by all the men. I knew I made one of the best decisions ever when deciding to purchase my Accord at Bay Ridge Honda.
