It is stored in an unheated garage The dealership told me the battery stops working when cold outside and not driven everyda and had AAA start it. It is stored in an unheated garage The dealership told me the battery stops working when cold outside and not driven everyday because of all the electronics Called Toyota and the battery was under warranty Took the car into south Dayton toyota They did test it and said it was good It had been driven to them and the battery seemed to have improved Told me that we would have to buy a new battery for $300 which we paid as we didn't want the battery not working again More

I bought a 2021 Ford Expedition Max from South Dayton Toyota. Before buying, I clearly asked the salesperson over the phone whether the engine and transmission were in good condition and properly service Toyota. Before buying, I clearly asked the salesperson over the phone whether the engine and transmission were in good condition and properly serviced. I was told everything was good and that the vehicle had been taken care of. As soon as I registered it in Minnesota and drove it for just two days, the transmission started locking in 2nd or 3rd gear, making loud noises and refusing to shift. I had to pull over on the side of the road. It’s clear the transmission is in bad shape and wasn’t serviced at all, despite what I was told. When I contacted them, they told me I should have bought a warranty—completely ignoring the fact that they assured me the vehicle was good. Based on my experience, I feel misled and would strongly warn others to be cautious when buying from them. More
