Service department staff great specially Tony Ferreira very nice excellent experience he explained to me about everything concerning my car was havin Service department staff great specially Tony Ferreira very nice excellent experience he explained to me about everything concerning my car was having issues Tony gave me loaner car Q5 I loved driving it in couple years I will upgrade my Q3 to Q5 all because of Tony it was like test driving it I loved it .. Tony and the rest of the staff took care of my car like their own when I picked it up my car was shining clean. I will recommend Tony to my friends and my son who bought Porche from same dealer . My wife and I have 2 Audis and have them serviced at Audi Burlington on a regular schedule. Jim and the guys in the service department are spot on with the level of professionalism with these vehicles. I wis Burlington on a regular schedule. Very good with communication and overall understanding. What I didn’t like was the price difference in oil change. Although I’m a new customer at this location and usually service at Audi Natick my oil cha What I didn’t like was the price difference in oil change. Although I’m a new customer at this location and usually service at Audi Natick my oil change price shouldn’t be $50 more than I ever pay at Audi Natick. There’s all these hidden fees on top of trying to convince me my A5 cost more for oil change than a A4 was complete nonsense. If you ask me if I ever go back to Audi Burlington personally NO but I wouldn’t have a issue with referring them because the work was done perfectly but the extra fees weren’t really necessary, especially with me being a new customer to that location you would think they would want my business to conclude with them knowing there’s more work to attend to with my vehicle. More
