I was quoted ridiculously high cost nearly $6000 for the diagnostic and repairs. I asked what parts I needed and it was only one part A steering column $4100 they wanted and I was able to find it online fro diagnostic and repairs. I asked what parts I needed and it was only one part A steering column $4100 they wanted and I was able to find it online from another Audi dealership in a different state for $2900. I asked why they’re charging me $1300 more for the same part brand new and was told “we are a franchise dealership in Burlington. Other dealerships can determine their own prices for parts”. And they rip you off on the diagnostic cost, and labor cost compared to any of the mechanic any other mechanic. The dealership knows they have you in a vulnerable position. You need your car to live to get to woposition.rk and invested a tremendous amount of money and emotion into it and all they care about is ripping you off bleeding for every penny. They give Audi a bad name and I probably wouldn’t buy another Audi brand again. I don’t know who Herb Chambers is, but I guess he’s some guy who makes his money ripping off people who are in a vulnerable position. More

My initial opinion of the dealership was mediocre. I felt like I was mislead from sales and parts. My car has been in for significant repairs twice since I bought it in August 2024. That being said wh I felt like I was mislead from sales and parts. My car has been in for significant repairs twice since I bought it in August 2024. That being said when I brought it in this time and my service person was Anthony (Tony). The service was outstanding. He was great to work with. He made no promises, but he work with me thru the whole process. It was a relief to work with someone who really seemed to care the service he was providing. I would recommend this dealership on his merits alone. Thanks again Tony. More
