Employees were not trained on the Toyota “buy on line”, feature where Toyota gives you a Price for the vehicle that you want to purchase, and gives you a price to buy your vehicle on trade-in. None of the feature where Toyota gives you a Price for the vehicle that you want to purchase, and gives you a price to buy your vehicle on trade-in.
