This is the second vehicle we've purchased from this dealer in the past 3 months. We like that Jack knows us by name and makes time to visit with us when we are there, and we appreciate the service-oriented and team approach that everyone has. Jack and Anthony found the E350 we were looking to purchase last time we were in and this time Anthony was able to put us in the C300 that met our needs. We will be back again to purchase other vehicles in the future. I like that Anthony has been so accomodating, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful every time we've called on him. My name is Jacob Mangan and I am a recent graduate of The University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy Doctorate program. Upon graduation I have been searching for a new luxury vehicle to treat myself with. However, I found this search to be more difficult than expected. I visited many dealerships including Audi, BMW and Kings Automall. This process was exciting, but unproductive as I didn't feel any dealership was giving me the attention I craved. This may be due to my age, as I'm only 24, however this quickly changed when I stepped into Mercedes-Benz of CIncinnati. The staff there gave me their full attention the second I walked into the door, despite my age/appearance. In particular Anthony Destafano, who went above and beyond to assist me with any request/question I had. It is because of Anthony that I have now purchased a new Mercedes-Benz, and will continue to purchase Mercedes-Benz vehicles for many years to come. He has earned my business and my friendship as I will be a lifelong Mercedes-Benz customer. Anthony deserves all the credit in the world for his contributions to this dealership and if every customer is treated like I was, he will gain many future customers to Cincinnati's Mercedes-Benz dealership!
