It was very challenging to get in touch with my service advisor, which meant I had to make multiple calls, leave voicemails, and eventually rely on the receptionist for updates. After experiencing these difficulties, I decided to wait in the lobby and work remotely. Fortunately, they have good internet and a suitable workspace for a laptop, which made this a better experience.
If you have the ability to wait for your car at the dealership, this may be an option for you. However, based on my experience, I will not use them again for service.
