I had to bring my car in for a piece that was just fixed a month ago. My car was fresh off the lot and is barely reaching 50,000 miles at the end of its third year but it keeps having issues. Ed and David w a month ago. My car was fresh off the lot and is barely reaching 50,000 miles at the end of its third year but it keeps having issues. Ed and David were understanding of my frustrations and made it possible for my car to be worked on the same day despite it being the Friday before a holiday weekend. The piece needed was still on national back order, but David found one nearby and brought it in. Their service has always been amazing. I only go to this service department for my car because I know they’ll take care of me. GMC as a company, however, makes their customers and employees jump through hoops just to have a working vehicle. It’s beyond ridiculous the number of times something has gone wrong with a brand new vehicle that’s not roughly used and always taken to get serviced, oil changed, etc. More

Simi Valley Chevrolet and especially Gabriel were great. Gab was patient as we were waiting to sell our previous vehicle. He followed up but didn’t bug us.
