I recently purchased my third Lexus, and this is the second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. Overall, I enjoyed working with the dealership, and my sales associate, Scott, provided exc second vehicle I have acquired from Treasure Coast Lexus. Overall, I enjoyed working with the dealership, and my sales associate, Scott, provided excellent service. He demonstrated great patience throughout the negotiation process, which I truly appreciated. However, I had a significantly negative interaction with the sales manager, Anthony Barano (approximate spelling). I felt disrespected by his communication style and demeanor. His conduct fell well below the standard of customer service I expect from a Lexus dealership and, frankly, represented an embarrassment to your brand. While I remain a loyal Lexus customer, this experience with Mr. Barano has led me to seriously consider purchasing my next vehicle from a different dealership. I strongly recommend that the dealership provide remedial customer service training for this individual to prevent similar issues in the future. More

I met Carlton Duncan, in February, while waiting for my car to be serviced. I had a 2016 and asked if they had any 2022's in a specific color combination. My purchasing experience could have been better. I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, and I'm shocked that a dealership that sells premium vehicles in 2025 still uses that tired old game which was used on me when I purchased my first new car in 1975. Frankly, I found it insulting to my intelligence. Also, the upselling from the finance manager that took place after completing the purchase of my new vehicle was equally appalling. I realize why it was done AFTER completing the sale, because if they did that during the purchasing process, I would've walked away. My advice from a customer's viewpoint is be better than that. As far as recommending TC Lexus, I'll reserve that decision until after I've experienced the treatment I receive from them when my new Lexus needs maintenance or repairs. Service after the sale will be the difference maker for me. I'm disappointed that I was never even introduced to the dealership's service manager, so I consider that to be a big miss too. Unfortunately, this survey forces me to complete the recommendation portion, so that also forces me to NOT be able to recommend the dealership (at this time). As I stated in my previous comment, I would have preferred to remain neutral on my recommendation option at this time. More
