I know you have a business to manage, and to make sure that Lexus is profitable, but NOT ONCE did I feel the decisions that we made together were one-sided. Thank you for your UTMOST fairness in the trade-in value of my 2014 Lexus and for the UTMOST BEST price on the 2024 Lexus ES 300H. The car is even above my greatest expectations and I could not have had a better sales experience than the one that I experienced with this amazing sales team. The finance manager, David Smith, I did not take any of the extras you offered me, BUT I never felt pressured or forced to do anything one way or another, and your explanation of all the warranty & guarantee options were clear and precise. The electronics expert Dylan Smith, thank you so very very much for taking the time to SLOWLY go over all the special electronic devices of the car and making sure that I knew how to utilize them EXPERTLY after you showed me. Your kindness in slowly going over everything with this 65 year old was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!. Scott the salesman was very professional. Anthony the sales manager was unprofessional. I came in to get a purchase contract to buy my leased vehicle and spent 4 hours there to not leave with Anthony the sales manager was unprofessional. Anthony gave me some internal paperwork which of course wasn’t good enough for the bank to complete a Bank Draft. Had to call back and suddenly now everyone knows what I needed to purchase the leased vehicle. I was looking for a new Lexus dealership since I live in the area now but I will continue to go to JM Lexus where they don’t try to come from every direction with a sales pitch (here is a leased proposal/wait here is a sale of a new vehicle proposal). I was really hoping to like your dealership but the sales people at JM LEXUS never came at me like sharks and that’s why I have been with them for nearly 30 years. I won’t even mention how I felt that the service department was keeping my vehicle hostage so that the sales pitches could continue. In now way do I put blame on Scott. He’s just doing what he’s been trained to do and he did it very professionally. But when Anthony says to a potential customer “you should have asked” during a conversation that let me know that I could never come back to this dealership for service or a new vehicle. More

I negotiated with the dealership on the purchase of a 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid. There is a recall on that vehicle. I told them I would buy on the condition that dealer would take care of the recall.
