While I love my car, they never return phone calls. I have made several inquiries about different things. Some right after I purchased the car. Salesman said he would call me back. Never did. I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealer on 2/5/24. I felt that the experience was one of the best i have had but once home i had a problem with the financing figures which was due really to m 2/5/24. I tried to resolve it but at first ran into difficulty. The salesperson and service manager were extremely responsive in resolving minor concerns. Ultimately the customer service manager acting on behalf of the owner corrected the issue. All i can say is that if you want to deal with a company that sells used cars i would recommend Hampstead. You can judge a company by its values which reflect those of the owner. After 60 years buying used cars this is one dealer that stands out! More
