Your Chrysler Jeep Store used car department is not operating by your standards. I recently bought a 2022 Crysler Pacifica from Jones Chrysler in Savannah. I was told the vehicle went through a 175 in operating by your standards. I recently bought a 2022 Crysler Pacifica from Jones Chrysler in Savannah. I was told the vehicle went through a 175 inspection. On the way home from making the purchase I discovered the windshield washer did not work. When I got home I opened the hood and found the hood insulation pad was soaking wet. I took it off to find hoses disconnected and not in their proper retainers. It caused me to check further about other normal maintenance things and found the air filter and the cabin a/c filter were both in very bad shape. I bought new filters. I was only provided with one key fob. I was told that was all I was getting. I went to an auto locksmith and paid $327.00 for a second fob. So, during my first day of ownership, I had to put out $400.00. Besides that, I believe a dealership processing fee of over $900.00 is way too high. I argued it to no avail. Day Two: I bought a good quality air pressure gauge to check the tires as the car wanders a bit at highway speed. I found there are THREE different manufacturers of tires on my van, each with a different tread design. I called a tire center and was advised this is not a safe condition to have different tires on the van. So, I'll be putting 4 new tires on my 175 point inspected Jone's used van to the tune of $1000.00 I called the dealership about a paperwork snafu and was promised a call back from the Business Manager. That was 4 days ago. I was told the van is a one owner, it is, Avis Rental. I know this because I found their paperwork in the van. Poor detailing too. Crumbs under everything. I would never buy here again! When you buy online, you have to accept a certain level of risk. I tried to do my due diligence and ask all the questions and ask for all the photos. But when I received my vehicle, there was a dent on the bumper that wasn't in any of the pictures that were sent. Well it happened during the transportation side of the deal. That's inconvenient but those things happen and I was willing to get things fixed and they seemed very helpful and willing to cover the cost because that's not the vehicle I purchased. I go and get a quote from the cheapest body shop I knew and passed along within a week of receiving the vehicle. Fast forward now 2 months and I have called every couple of days to push things along. I have called so many times!! and you know how many times I got a, "oh yea my manager isn't here but ill call you in the morning" responses I got?! Just for me to call a couple days later because I never got a call! I have wasted so many hours of my life on their mistake just for them to send a $300 check which will cover about 10% of the body work needed. Dave Moore basically through up his hands in the end and said sorry we suck and there is nothing I could do. Dave Moore was the main person I was in communication with and man if I ran my business like him, I wouldn't have anyone coming through my doors. This was the worst car buying experiences in my life! I am leaving a google review as well with pictures that you can check out. More

I went in to get a couple key fobs programed for my jeep. Do not buy from this place. Only because the GM doesn’t care about his customers. I had issues with check engine light a day after purchase. Vehicle was not serviced as claim. The Sales-manager David was more caring and customer friendly actually should’ve been the GM in my opinion. GM is also aware a LoJack was financed in contract and wasn’t installed and wanted me to drive back 400 miles to install it with a check engine light on that he didn’t care about. More
