This has to be one of the worst dealership around. If you have had a bad experience they will try and sweep you under the rug. They don't care about trying to make thing right they just want you to go away. I found that even management outside of this dealership doesn't care about how you have been treated. Take it for what its worth I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dealer failed to inform me of issues with 6. 2 engine for both my 2022 and 2024 Denali. The 2022 engine failed at 90k miles. Big financial loss. The 2024 engine is poorly running at 32K miles. More

Hello Alan. Thank you for your feedback about your experience. We do apologize that you are having vehicle issues with your 22' and 24'. Mechanical issues can be very frustrating and we never want our customers to have any issues but they do happen. Please contact our Service Manager Chris and he will see if GM has released any updates about the 6.2.
