I'm seeing Joe has a similar review from someone else that he tried to explain away. I'm starting off this review by saying- we have the text receipts and Joe can try and explain away why he was justifie that he tried to explain away. I'm starting off this review by saying- we have the text receipts and Joe can try and explain away why he was justified, but the bottom line is he harassed and manipulated us and lost Crown Volvo business as a result. My wife and I had a horrible experience because of Joe Caporicci, who seemingly went behind his coworkers to harass and manipulate us while we were trying to make a decision. My wife and I put a deposit down on a car, and we were told we had a week to finalize our decision. 4 days in, Joe Caporicci reached out urging us to finalize our purchase, and that if we did not hear back from him he would be refunding the deposit and moving on. I called Joe because it seemed there was a miscommunication, but that we fully intended to buy the car. Joe told me *I could let him know by the end of the day*, and agreed to send us extended warranty information in the meantime. But less than an hour later he sent another text telling us "An hour is plenty of time. I need to know now". He then called, but since my wife and both work during the day, we missed it. Joe proceeded to send a long message accusing us of "hanging him out to dry" and informing us he was moving forward with another sale. I can't stress enough how manipulative this was, especially after verbally telling me I had until the end of the day. We eventually bypassed him and spoke with someone else who took care of us. We fully intended on purchasing a second car at Crown Volvo before this happened, and we are taking our business elsewhere. More
