Moving on, the vehicle that I did purchase took way longer to service than I was told ("next week" turned into "2 weeks" etc), ok fine. Some of the cosmetic fixes were NOT fixed upon picking up. After bringing my car home, I was CALLED & told that I needed to have my car registered & was charged $470 for this registration (why the car wasn't registered BEFORE leaving to lot-beyond me)...$470 is more than DOUBLE to register it MYSELF. About a month later my tire KEPT getting flat, took it to the mechanic & come to find out, I was sold a vehicle with a BENT RIM & a tire that was PLUGGED on the INSIDE wall (where a plug is not even supposed to go)...when I contacted this dealer the manager told me "there is no law that says we cannot sell a car with a plugged tire". NO sense of moral whatsoever!!!! After fixing the issue myself, within 6 months, 2 front tires are worn & need replacement...after barely even driving the vehicle because I'm on maternity leave mostly home bonding with my child and not driving. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. THEN with my loan, THEY opened up an account with a credit union which I was UNAWARE of until I got my statement-initially I was told the loan was going to be through a different company. They have been a thorn in mine from the moment I stepped foot into the dealership. More

My wife and I just purchased an Audi A5 Sportback from Mohegan Audi two days ago. We have been a customer of Mohegan Audi for over 25 years and have purchased many cars from the dealership. I got to know Mohegan Audi two days ago. We have been a customer of Mohegan Audi for over 25 years and have purchased many cars from the dealership. I got to know many of the employees and even the owner Barry Rost. Whenever I came for service or to purchase another Audi it was as if I was part of the crew. Recently Mr. Ross retired and sold the dealership to a company. The dealership did retain many of the former employees and a few new ones. I was a little nervous when I went to purchase our first car under the new ownership. I wasn't sure how the purchase would go. I was purchasing a car with my wife. We looked at many colors of the model we wanted, some in the show room, some on the lot and they even drove to their extra storage lot to bring all the colors that the A5 Sportback came in to show my wife and myself. We finally chose the color we wanted and we made the purchase. The deal was done just before closing and we were to pick up the car the next day. When the next day came my wife and I changed our minds on the color car we wanted. (All the paperwork was completed for the original car). The Sales Manager and our Salesman said "No Problem". I know this was a big headache for them but they still did it with smiles on their faces. We were happy and we felt we were part of the Mohegan crew again. I would like to thank the Sales Manager Anthony Augusta and Salesman Anthony Tezzi for going above and beyond. This is the worst car buying experience/ ownership ever in the history of cars. I purchased a new 2021 Atlas last year and 3 days after buying the car the radio breaks. They have changed it out 7 times sin in the history of cars. I purchased a new 2021 Atlas last year and 3 days after buying the car the radio breaks. They have changed it out 7 times since and still same issue they obviously are not looking at what cause the issue just replacement is there only process. I schedule service and there is always some issue as to why I can’t get a loaner. I scheduled service with a loaner waited 2 weeks and still my wife and two kids were turned away. They don’t call to tell you the parts are in and they just done care about customers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone or anything living! More

I have purchased many cars over the past 18 years. This by far has been the absolute WORST experience ever. I purchase a Q5 Sportback. My sales associate Cole, told me I was not permitted to test driv This by far has been the absolute WORST experience ever. I purchase a Q5 Sportback. My sales associate Cole, told me I was not permitted to test drive the actual car that I was purchasing due to it being in the show room. So he assured me driving a regular q5 would suffice as it’s basically the “same”. Fine, I did as I was directed. I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. The next day I come to pick the car up and aside from the fact it took over two hours to finalize everything even with me getting insurance done beforehand, this was still the least of my issues yet to come. I drove the car TWICE. Work and Store. it. I go to the supermarket with my 6 year old in the back and my husband on passenger. We leave the store and are about a mile away when in the middle of driving the car signals “steering wheel malfunction” “stop driving immediately!” I am now extremely nervous with nowhere to even pull over, I desperately try to pull as close to the side as possible without crashing. Before I can do anything my steering wheel locks and I cannot drive AT ALL! Three cars almost crashed! I had to call 911. The cop came and helped us finally get out of the dangerous situation we were stuck in for almost 20 minutes. My daughter is petrified and crying. It’s 100 degrees out, our groceries are rotting. Everything about this situation was unacceptable. I call Audi, they direct my to call roadside assistance. We wait about 4 hours for a tow to come! In the meantime I had multiple conversations with Audi Mohegan lake. First call is with Anthony Augusta GM, I explain I absolutely do not want this car. He assures me to relax that they will check it out and he will speak to service and get back to me as he’s NEVER heard of this happening while driving. Then after a while of not hearing anything from them, I speak to Cole the salesman, who has zero empathy for the situation. He never once apologizes for any of it. He just blows me off and tells me he will have a manager contact me. No one contacts me for hours. I call back again and speak with cole explaining my concern and frustration. I explain I don’t care what’s wrong with the car we could have died and I don’t feel safe! He says “it’s not like exchanging a pair of pants” I say I gave you $7k down payment yesterday, this is not ok, I am willing to go into a different car even more expensive car but I do not want this one and he basically says the bank has your money it is what it is, you may not have a choice. I then tell him I no longer want to speak to him about it I need to speak to a a manager. He says someone will call you. A few min later he TEXTS me, my manager Anthony Tezzi is off today, he’ll call tomorrow. I said I find it hard to believe not one manager is on site. He then says after a few min of back and forth that his Gm Anthony Augusta will call me shortly. I say ok, I’ll come in! On my way to go there, I receive a call from Anthony Augusta stating they received the car they have to see what happened before any next steps can be taken. He used the same reference that it’s not like returning a pair of pants. Which at this point is extremely frustrating because pants don’t cost $65k! I agree to wait and hear from them in the morning but assure them I do not want the car back! I don’t hear from anyone all morning. I left Anthony Tezzi a VM at this point after calling five times. Finally, he returns my call and tells me their was a faulty piece out of safety they are going to replace it and it should be ready for pick up sometime next week. I discuss how I can’t understand how a car could pass inspection with something like that to be sold to us! He doesn’t have an answer. He basically reiterates that I am stuck with the car. He refuses to help me! The car is 36 hours old but it’s “used” now and I’m out of luck! They won’t let me speak with the owner. I am horrified and now petrified to drive this car! Anthony was very condescending when speaking to me, he told me my views were “extreme“. What happened to us was EXTREME! I highly recommend you go elsewhere when considering your Audi purchase.
