Mr. Anthony was my very kind, patient service greeter. He listened intently to what I had to say about a noise I heard in my air/heart fan. I saw Mr. JAMES, who was wearing a Ziegler T-shirt while he was standing in line in the service area waiting room. I had a question about an employee's name. He took time to answer my question without making me feel like I was bothering him.
