Continuing issues after purchase. Bad inspection before resale. Parts failing right away. I would never buy another car from them or recommend to anyone unless they get a certified used and even then I would tell anyone to proceed with caution. Inexcusable things missed to say that the car was ready to be sold. The effort to fix SOME of the issues was nice but the fact that I had to push so hard and involve literally every manager in the company of the issues is inexcusable. Still waiting on call backs on things. Don’t even trust to bring my car in for the maintenance that I have for free. What’s free if things are continuously missed and I have to keep coming in. Absolute scam of a dealership and highly disappointed with them as a return customer(2nd car bought from them). To have every department in your dealership have an issue and cause problem in buying process I would be embarrassed if this was my business. More

I didn’t receive a call with an estimate to fix the breaks. I wasn’t called when my car was ready either. When I picked up the car and expressed that I was concerned that no one called me with the esti breaks. I wasn’t called when my car was ready either. When I picked up the car and expressed that I was concerned that no one called me with the estimated price the managers response was “you’re not happy, should I just take them off?” Like that was ANY way to speak to a customer. He was condescending and extremely rude to me. I have NEVER had a bad experience with zeigler but this manager was beyond rude. Didn’t catch his name but I assume he was a service manager. I will NEVER deal with that rude individual again. I wasn’t looking for money off or even a coupon for next time. A simple apology would have sufficed. I cannot believe how condescending he was and as if removing the breaks would be ANY kind recompense for the lack of an estimate before the work was done, calling me when my car was ready or his treatment of me. Were my old breaks available to put back on so that I could take my car elsewhere? Doubtful. His treatment of customers is BEYOND unacceptable. Will take my car elsewhere and will purchase my next Subaru elsewhere as well. More
