I have always been skeptical of dealerships and the sales department when purchasing a vehicle. So, a 12+ ⭐ rating for Headquarter Honda from my husband and me is a huge deal. We were most impressed with the honesty and integrity displayed by all of the people we worked with. We cannot compliment Paul and Andy enough for their professionalism, patience, helpfulness, and friendliness. Paul worked out a deal we felt was totally agreeable and took the time to meet us, chat with us, and make us feel like family. When we asked for a reference for an advanced security system he referred us to Omar at Creative Auto Boutique; what an excellent recommendation! Thank you Paul! Andy went above and beyond, not only helping us with all of the paperwork and details of purchasing the car, he was also very thorough in explaining the features of the Elite, and kept asking if we needed more information. He encouraged us to get in touch with him if we had any more questions or concerns. We are looking for a home in the Clermont area and he even took the time to tell us about the area and places and restaurants to visit. Tom came over and introduced himself and chatted for a bit. We enjoyed our chat but more importantly that he took the time to come meet us. Anthony was very friendly and efficient with our financing and took the time to give us his advice on issues we asked about and researched some info on Honda Link for us as well. Even Heather followed up immediately, first thing on Monday! This is truly the first time we have ever had fun buying a car! We laughed while purchasing, several times in fact! He drove the same car for 22 years and was very reluctant to change. Once he saw the car and learned about the new technology he was excited to lease it. Dylan was a gentleman, he explained every button, switch and gadget with great knowledge and expertise. Tom is the best Sales manager I have ever dealt with. I have personally purchased 2 cars from Tom and he always takes care of me and gets me the car I want. My Father knows and did business with the owner's Grandfather 40 years ago and stated he is proud to see that the business is in great hands.
