He did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the progression of the deal as we did the majority of it over the phone. When I finally had the chance to take a test drive it started raining and I made a comment about how the windshield wipers weren't in great shape. Dylan went above and beyond and made sure the wipers were replaced with no hesitation. Sometimes it is the little things that matter. My hats off to the HQ Honda team! More
