Tonys business tactics are not above board. Tyler (my sales person) and I were $1,000 apart in the sale price. I had intended on paying cash on the transaction. Then Tony got involved. BIG MIST Tyler (my sales person) and I were $1,000 apart in the sale price. I had intended on paying cash on the transaction. Then Tony got involved. BIG MISTAKE. He claimed if financed the transaction and paid the loan off during the first payment period he would split the difference and save me $500.00. He said he gets a kick back if finance. I agreed to this. ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE. The payoff on the note was to match the agreed upon sales price. Well that wasn’t the case. I ended up paying $1,000.00 over the sales price to satisfy the note. I called him to discuss this issue and his comment was he must have miscalculated the math. I asked what he was going to do about this. He said he is not going to do a thing and hung up on me. Be careful if you finance thru this dealership. Tony is deceitful More

Whole process was very simple. Erica and Tony were both great to deal with. I live an hour and a half away so the deal was mostly done over the phone. Erica got back to me right aw Erica and Tony were both great to deal with. I live an hour and a half away so the deal was mostly done over the phone. Erica got back to me right away with any questions I had to get the deal done. They were very fair with my trade, the new purchase, and they continue to be helpful with a couple things after the sale which I really appreciate. More

They made a $2000 error writing up the sales contract that we DID not catch. (The deal we agreed upon was $2000 less than what was written on the contract.) Also. Sales manager said if we would bring that we DID not catch. (The deal we agreed upon was $2000 less than what was written on the contract.) Also. Sales manager said if we would bring the car back to them for services, he would make sure we would have a free loaner. We brought it back today for service and had asked for loaner when making appointment- but got here and we were told they didn’t have one available. If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder there is never anyone here. It is a horrible dealership! More

Bought a 24 Wrangler. Chris Turngate was our sales representative, and he did a wonderful job. No high pressure tactics, pleasant and made sure we had fresh coffee. This was hands down the worse dealer experience I ever had. We walked in with our own financing and the vehicle we wanted already picked out. Five hours later we left. This dealer was the last I wanted to had. We walked in with our own financing and the vehicle we wanted already picked out. Five hours later we left. This dealer was the last I wanted to use based on a previous experience with them, but they were the only dealer with the color we wanted. Our bank required three standard forms for the financing. We were told several times they were sent and we were waiting for confirmation from the bank. I called the bank twice while we were there and they said they did not have all the papers. More waiting. We were then told we could fill out financing with Castle. We refused and opted to stay with our own financing. We waited longer and even offered to go home and come back. Finally in the fourth hour of waiting, we were suddenly summoned to the sales manager to sign paperwork which ironically was the paperwork the bank needed that supposedly had already been sent hours ago. During the paperwork with the sales manager, Tony, we were offered a 100:00 gas card if we would still give them a 10 in spite of all of the waiting! I didn’t answer him and already knew I was not leaving a 10 review. When we arrived home, I received a text from the dealer acknowledging delivery of the vehicle. Embedded was a survey giving the dealership all 10s fraudulently signed with my name by Alayiah. I refused the signature using the customer acknowledge option. The chaos didn’t end there. I learned in subsequent conversations with the bank, that the routing numbers submitted on the dealer paperwork for them to receive payment was submitted incorrectly which slowed being able to finalize the loan. Was this another effort to make us have to go back and do a loan through them?Further, they forgot to install the LoJack. Once it was, it did not work. It took 30 emails, a phone call, and two trips to the service department before the problem was resolved and was only resolved because I ended up calling LoJack two times during the process and they told me what to tell the dealership I needed. Terrible, terrible experience. More
