Sent vehicle to dealership twice in the last two weeks for drivetrain issue! Twice it was not fixed correctly for the service techs after saying it was fixed! Drove off the lot the second time, 5 minutes for drivetrain issue! Twice it was not fixed correctly for the service techs after saying it was fixed! I took my truck in to have 2 recalls taken care of. I called the service department around 11 this morning and scheduled an appointment for 12:30. The person on the phone said the parts were in stock a I called the service department around 11 this morning and scheduled an appointment for 12:30. The person on the phone said the parts were in stock and i would be done by 4pm. When i got to the dealership and checked in at 12:10 the service advisor Anthony told me he shouldn’t have said that but he would double check to make sure the parts were there so it could be done same day. Before he sent my truck to the back he confirmed yes we have the parts in stock and we can get it done. I sat in the waiting area for nearly 2.5 hours only for Anthony to come out and tell me sorry we don’t have the parts we’re going to have to order them. The other recall was a software update that would take them another hr to an hr and a half to complete. I’m now extremely upset because they have completely wasted time and when i asked the service advisor why he said they had the parts if they didn’t and why it took this long to tell me he argued with me and told me he never said that. His response to the time was well they just got it to the back 2.5 hours later. I told him I’m not waiting another hr and a half to do the software update after waiting this long and completely wasting my time. A dealerships service department is a direct reflection of their sales department. If they can’t respect your time and repair the vehicles like they should don’t let them fool you into spending your money purchasing a vehicle that they’re not going to stand behind when you need them! More

Anthony is amazing. Great guy, really looked out for me when I needed help. He was very friendly and kind, and great listener as I explained the issues, didn't make me feel stupid which I've experienced once or twice at other car places.
