Gino was very helpful, took his time in explaining things, made good suggestions, and most importantly to me wasn’t pushy. I came in with the intent of looking at a used Outback and ended up leaving w things, made good suggestions, and most importantly to me wasn’t pushy. I came in with the intent of looking at a used Outback and ended up leaving with a new Outback Touring XT. How the heck did that happen???? When we went for a test drive Gino took me on a route with many different conditions to test acceleration, handling, stability, and ride. He also point out many of the features to use while test driving. The pre-owned and new lot were very clean and well organized. I’ve been to dealers where they were unorganized and chaotic.
