My Range Rover was serviced and I picked it up in January

I am having issues again and had it towed there on 3/7/23. 2 WEEKS LATER 3/20/23 and still no response back from anyone regarding my vehicle. This is unacceptable on all levels. I left several VMs and 2 weeks later nothing. I have been on hold for over 6 minutes each time only to be transferred to a VM (I have recorded this as proof because it's hard to believe!!!) How is this acceptable!!!! I finally spoke to Ernie and he confirmed my truck is there but NO NOTES NOR NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE?? After 2 weeks. How does this even happen?

Service advisor took pictures and so did I and he said he would get back to me in a couple days. It’s been over a week and he’s not responding to my emails or calling me back. I will email one more time before I get in touch with my insurance company. Being a high end establishment this is definitely not how to treat your customers.

Wow! Don't need your template response. They knowingly post cars that don't exists to get buyers in. I have text message and email confirming the car was available. I drove over 40 miles to be treated like xxxx so you can bait customers to your failing business. I will file a complaint with Jaguar, Cars, BBB and Jaguar Land Rover. I wouldn't be as angry if this was a 1 time mistake. However, its happened before, which I gave benefit of doubt, and others have shared similar experience. I was even warned by another Land Rover dealer I should be cautious about their tactics. My experience is that this dealership leadership sets traps for customers. They should be avoided at all cost. There are so many Jaguar Land Rover dealerships that work hard to provide a great customer experience. Jaguar Land Rover should cancel their franchise if they really care about their business image.
