Lexus; never again. Already check engine light on the car. Asked for an appt and a loaner. Was told they would have a loaner in 2 weeks. It's clear they have zero integrity for customer support. If you want customer service in sales or service, for any car, recommend you avoid this agency and all their sister companies altogether. There are much better dealers in Hemet, Corona, and Riverside. Well worth the extra drive!

He took the time to show us how to utilize all the controls and patiently answered all our questions. The dealership takes care of registration, title, and plates. It was a seamless process. We are very happy with the service we received and the car!

Battery is a dealership item only. It was a Monday. A lot of emregenices on Monday, but they still fit me in. Part was available. I think I paid less

Everone was kind, kept me up to date on progress. Love the immaculate service bays with observation window/wall.

Sal made the financing side a breeze and Jonathan helped us through the process and helped get familiar with our new car. Beautiful dealership and was well worth the drive from Palm Springs. Happy to pass the word to other friends.
We were also impressed how friendly all of the staff from being greeted as we walked into the showroom.
