Several months ago I wandered in to Saint Charles Nissan just to look at new Frontiers. Greg Winters was there to help. Even though I told him I was not near ready to buy, he still took the time to show me just to look at new Frontiers. Greg Winters was there to help. Even though I told him I was not near ready to buy, he still took the time to show me everything about the truck, show me various options, and answer all my questions without rushing on to the next customer or pushing me to buy. So when my mother was ready for a new car, I took her to see Greg. He treated her like his own mother and found her the perfect fit for her. When it was finally my turn, I made sure to find Greg. He remembered me instantly and worked diligently to make me a good deal that got me what I wanted within my budget. I’ll definitely be looking for Greg again when it’s my wife’s turn for a new vehicle. More

It's nice to finally find a dealership that has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had just about given up on replacing my 2019 Rogue since I had recently visited several dealerships. I found it friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had just about given up on replacing my 2019 Rogue since I had recently visited several dealerships. I found it distressing that the sales people I encountered had no idea oh how to answer my questions without looking at a computer screen or their phones. So it was with great joy when I visited St. Charles Nissan and was greeted by Pam Mangosing. She answered every question and explained the differences between the 2019 and 2022 vehicles. After agreeing on the price of the 2022 Rogue: Pam introduced my wife and I to the Service Manger Anna Laws, who made our first maintenance appointment. Pam then introduced us to Sid Kahn that handled and explained all the paperwork on the trade in and the purchase of the new vehicle. We are so happy to have found a dealership that still knows how to treat a customer. More

I actually was dealing with another place wasn’t happy . I couldn’t find Marco . So I searched and searched . Finally found him . He always know what I want before I do . Got more than I expected As a person who has been in sales myself, I was always told to under state your service ( under promise) then over deliver your service. Service for back brakes on my 2015 Nissan Rogue I had new brakes and rotors put on my Nissan. I was driven next door to Hyundai to wait for my car as there was a water main break at Nissan and thus I had new brakes and rotors put on my Nissan. I was driven next door to Hyundai to wait for my car as there was a water main break at Nissan and thus no bathroom. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. I was given a loaner car for the day as the wait would be longer than two hours. Brakes are good now and no longer squeak. More
