Nice people, done on schedule. The car has never run worse, it shudders and the gas mileage is off 3 to 4 mpg highway from before service. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation in the express lane on Monday. They rotated my tires but didn’t reset my TMS properly so I had to spend an hour of my own time driving back over To the service center to get them to reset it. The original service was good. Irritated that they didn’t fix the problem. The first time more irritated at my Subaru, not letting me reset the calibration myself This is something I did often on my previous Honda. All of the service people I dealt with were exceptionally nice and helpful. More

Briann (I think that’s the name of the service center rep I worked with) restored my faith in Subaru Dublin. A service technician changed my oil weeks back and botched the job totally so that oil was escapi I worked with) restored my faith in Subaru Dublin. A service technician changed my oil weeks back and botched the job totally so that oil was escaping onto the engine block where I had experienced it burning itself off ever since. Briann listened to my problem and made sure it was fixed correctly that time around without any charge to me. I felt this was only right since there was no problem with my oil that existed before the service tech worked on it. It made my day to be treated like a valued customer, which I have been since moving back to Ohio in 2018.
