Above and Beyond in Service I went in to have 50K mile service done and asked about a noise coming from the AC (a problem which they graciously fixed for me before). They needed to compare a "control" vehicle but, there were no cars on the lot with my same model year. Not to worry. What does the service manager do? Walks on over to the dealer next door where the owner there has the same car and borrows his to try and help me with my issue. #aboveandbeyond More
