People wasted our time, assurred us that we would be in and out in 30 minutes. Things the staff had 6 hours to complete before we arrived were not complete. 30 minutez turned into 2.5 hours. They tried to add on charges, and failed to note the vehicle had only 1 fob, now going to cost me 400 dollars for adfitional fob. I will drive to Denver ir Pueblo. Lots if pretty window dressing, extremely poor attention to detail, extremely pooe customer service and customer experience. my next hyundai will not be from Phil Long. I advise everyone to find a dealer who is interested in customer service and not all the glitz. More
