It was extremely unfortunate that in the final stretch my experience was nearly a game changer due to the time spent in the finance department. Not only was I high pressured but also given false information. As a result of the pressure, rudeness and misrepresentation of your extended warranty I did not purchase any of them. The only thing that kept me from walking out and going to a different dealership to make my purchase was that it would have been unfair to Alex who did the majority of the work. Thank you. More
