My experience with Finance Manager Anier Rivero was extremely concerning. On 02/18/2026, I arrived with a pre-approval from my own bank at a lower interest rate. Despite this, Mr. Rivero repeatedly extremely concerning. On 02/18/2026, I arrived with a pre-approval from my own bank at a lower interest rate. Despite this, Mr. Rivero repeatedly pushed me to finance exclusively through the dealership’s lender at a higher rate. When I asked for a clear, written side-by-side comparison of the total cost between my financing and the one he was proposing, I did not receive a transparent breakdown. Certain charges were not clearly explained, and the pressure to use their bank instead of mine was obvious. As a customer, I felt that my financial interest was not the priority. A finance manager should provide full transparency and clear explanations, especially when a customer already has better financing secured. If you are considering financing here, review every number carefully and do not allow yourself to be pressured into a higher-rate loan. My experience with General Manager J.C. Prats was the worst part of dealing with this dealership. I visited three times (02/14, 02/18, and 02/20 of 2026) attempting to purchase a vehicle. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies and a lack of transparency. On my first visit, after test-driving the vehicle I wanted, the salesperson returned with numbers for a completely different vehicle, claiming that someone else was already buying the one I selected. That explanation did not add up. I was then left waiting until I eventually had to leave. On my third visit (02/20/2026), when I asked for a clear explanation of the numbers and pointed out previous discrepancies, Mr. Prats became dismissive and ended the conversation. I was told they would not sell me any vehicle and was instructed to leave. In my opinion, his attitude was arrogant, rude, and highly unprofessional. Instead of providing transparency and leadership, he responded defensively to reasonable questions. A General Manager should lead with integrity and respect. That was not my experience here. Buyers beware: review every figure carefully and do not accept vague explanations. More
