Service was good but you can improve on obtaining parts (new transmission), it took 4 days. My father was a GM employee and said that could have been improved. Had several bad experiences: 1 car was in lot called they had not sent out to be serviced to body shop the whole day I called several time was not service until next day car was in at 7am Oil change was do had not sent out to be serviced to body shop the whole day I called several time was not service until next day car was in at 7am Oil change was done sticker note next oil change due 6729 miles didn’t reach oil change was due at 3788 miles with 20 percent do not understand why I didn’t get at less 3000 mile before next service was due this is a New car tires look bad brown spots all on them like old and dry rot More
