I went to this service center about a year ago and had good experience. However I tried to go again about a month ago and the experience I received trying to get a emergency appointment cause my rear view good experience. However I tried to go again about a month ago and the experience I received trying to get a emergency appointment cause my rear view mirror came off as I was adjusting it. I was very dangerous for me to me driving like this. I got such a poor and unacceptable treatment. This is not the customer service treatment that you would thing after buying a $150,000 car. After receiving this type of treatment. I immediately called Helms Mercedes and they told me to bring the vehicle in immediately. I will never go to this dealership for anything again. I will also recommend to my friends not to buy cars or use their service department. I give them a zero rating for poor customer service and interactions. More
