Extremely disappointed in this company. Was promised with a handshake that I would receive a 2nd key fob after purchasing a $33k truck. Well, after 2 weeks, 2 unreturned phones calls, texts Was promised with a handshake that I would receive a 2nd key fob after purchasing a $33k truck. Well, after 2 weeks, 2 unreturned phones calls, texts and emails, both Angelo and Rick (the GM) have refused to even answer the phone or acknowledge my attempts to reach them. They are exactly why people hate used car salesmen. I will continue to contact corporate and will be reporting to the BBB. More
