Very Happy with car buying experience Was looking for a used vehicle. Saw a few that I was interested in on the lot. Was hesitant to speak to salesman because of previous experience with c Was looking for a used vehicle. Saw a few that I was interested in on the lot. Was hesitant to speak to salesman because of previous experience with car salesman at other places over the yrs. Angelo Massimo, asked all the right questions, letting me tell him what my criteria was for buying. He pointed out what was there, letting me decide what to test drive. Never tried to point me away from my price range or miles needed. He offered his advise when asked, never interjected any unneeded info on other stock or pricing. He knew that this was the price point I needed to be at & respected that. Was pleasant, informed, not pushy in any way. He & a few others stayed past closing time to work with me. They could have asked me to come back the next day to do paperwork, clean it up etc, but they did not...I took it home that night. Was the BEST experience we have ever had in buying a car...including doing the paperwork!! Thank you for restoring my respect to the car selling industry. More

Quickly narrowed it down to 1 car, we test drove went in & came together on a deal with out the hassle of running in between numerous sales staff & whomever. For that reason, we had been dreading this day for quite some time. Once we sat down with Angelo, that dread started to turn into relief and we never looked back after that. Angelo and Dave were extremely accommodating, making the entire process smooth and hassle free. We cannot imagine dealing with anyone else, we'll definitely go back to them for our next purchase. The saying, "your employees are your best assets" sings loud and true with these two. We wish we could give them 12 stars--or more, as 5 stars simply isn't enough. We left the dealership feeling happy and grateful for the way we were treated with this process. More
