Since leasing a Volkswagen car in June 2020, AC has been broken and repaired on and off from July 2020 to today April 27, 2022. My husband had no car to drive to work for a day to several days while the AC broken and repaired on and off from July 2020 to today April 27, 2022. My husband had no car to drive to work for a day to several days while the AC was being repaired. The worst experience was on our 5 week summer 2021 road trip NYC to Chicago with our 5 years old boy . We brought it in to be fixed only to have the AC worked for a week and it was down again. AC only worked a week after repair, and then it was down again on and off the past 2 years . My husband just made an appointment to repair the AC that had been out of power since last year . Finally they offered a car to let my husband to drive to work while repairing today. I will update my review if the AC can be fixed and last for a month which I doubt. Leasing a Volkswagen experience is just speechless!!! More
