I had a rattle underneath, possib THis is no surprise based on other reviews. This place is beyond horrible. I brought my car in for running boards. I had a rattle underneath, possible heat shield. Matthew, who has NO business in customer service, said he'd have them look at it while it was up on lift. I told him, you need to drive it to hear rattle. After running boards are on, Matthew says, Yeah couldn't find the rattle, no we didn't test d rive it. If it continues let us know, TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF. I scheduled to birng it in to have it examined. I said I only have 1 car, I need it looked at while I wait, front desk said not possible, but we have a shuttle that can drive you home and pick you back up. Great. I scheduled and went there this morning. I waited almost 2 hrs for shuttle only for them to tell me, there is NO shuttle today. No we haven't looked it yet, BUT it was moved????? WHY. THis place is a joke and employs people who don't give a crap about customers. NEVER go to IG Burton in LEWES if you want good service or anyone who cares about helping you! More
