Best car buying experience ever. And it all started with Angela. She was fantastic and was very personable. We first spoke a few months ago, but were not in a position to buy at that time. She checked back Angela. She was fantastic and was very personable. We first spoke a few months ago, but were not in a position to buy at that time. She checked back with me last Friday about some new Silverado’s that just came in and my wife and I were at the dealership the next morning. Angela was awesome and helped seal the deal with Hector. Great Job by the salesperson Angela Haroon Everything was great, I felt really good about getting THIS van I have been looking for. Its a 2014 Chrysler Town And Country Touring edition. I am a Everything was great, I felt really good about getting THIS van I have been looking for. Its a 2014 Chrysler Town And Country Touring edition. I am a musician and this van seems to be made for the touring band.. My only bad thing was the left rear blinker was out. I asked if they would fix it. I told them that I needed this van at a certain price EVEN ON THE PHONE BEFORE I GOT THERE!!! I WAS ASSURED THEY CAN MAKE IT WORK. The Sales Manager was mad, and treating me like I got one over on them. So they refused to look at the Rear Light. The entire assembly was out. It was a TRUE HAZARD, and they let me leave the parking lot like that? NO REAR LEFT LIGHT. When I took it home I took it apart to look what was wrong. Some goofus attached a tow package and wired it in all wrong. The negative ground was not connecting. Took me about 5 minutes to fix. They would not even look at it. Normally when you buy a car you get it detailed BEFORE you get it. The van was dirty. Even had a tampon in the rear left holder thing. So yes Angela Haroon did a great job. But even I saw the frustration of her face at the way the Sales Manager was treating me. I tell you as a long time Ferman Chevrolet CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER SERVICE was not to be had. Angela Haroon had to do everything. I even heard the Sales Manager say specifically that I was screwing them over. If they had Angela Haroon as the sales manager I promise you that the place would echo of customer service. The one thing this dealership always prided itself on. I bought my first car at Ferman Chevrolet. I got a 1984 Chevy Monza. (not sure of the year model). I loved that car. It was used when I bought it, but it was cleaned and detailed like it was new. In 2020 I buy the van of my dreams at the same dealership because I found it online after an extensive search, and it was plain dirty. I have to say I am happy I got the VAN. More
