The vehicle's exterior was loaded with holograms and swirls and the roof was filty. Also, the hood looked like somebody went ice skating on it because it had tons of scratches. You could also see where the protective transport film was removed from the vehicle. I spent over $500 to have the entire exterior machine polished by Beadz Auto Detailing. The paint and clear coat is now 95% back to new. Unfortunately, restoring it to 100% would thin the clear coat too much for a new car. In addition, the finance manager (Tamer) wouldn't take no for an answer when he was trying to sell me a service plan and tire & wheel insurance. Every time I said no, he dropped the price. Finally, I just said yes so I could leave. Why would I buy a warranty on top of the factory warranty? Thankfully, the sales manager (Angela) rewrote my lease to remove Acura Care and the tire & wheel coverage. More

Really like my new car but disappointed when you put it in drive, D and 4 times it went into S (150 miles on car) I had the same problem with my 2021 RDX. Every time I told them at a service visit they sai in drive, D and 4 times it went into S (150 miles on car) I had the same problem with my 2021 RDX. Every time I told them at a service visit they said they have to see it happen. Why has it happened 4 times with only 150 miles on the car with my 2025 RDX? Rob Moffa was extremely helpful. He loaded the Acura app on my phone and set radio channels. Told us how to set the garage door opener. Any questions we had he answered. When I brought my 2021 RDX it was Covid an hardly anything was explained. More
