When I bought my Nissan Roque, I was sold an extended
warranty for 8 years/120,000 miles. The person in the finance department lied to me. I later found out they don't have an 8 year warranty. The most i

For whatever reason, that person no longer works for Viva Nissan. To compensate me for this person's actions, I was given a coupon booklet for free oil changes. When I went to use the coupon, I was told that it had expired. They claim the clock started from the date of purchase. They expired because I used the oil change coupons I received with the purchase of my vehicle. I didn't think the other booklet had an expiration date. FYI,
If you take your vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, make sure to mark your tires. I marked my tires when I took it in for service. Turns out they did not rotate my tires and didn't even check the tire pressure. Could it be that it was a FREE oil change and tire rotation???
I will NEVER recommend Viva Nissan to anyone. 😤😠😠

Yesterday, I had an extremely disappointing experience with my car trade-in. My salesman, Orlando, was professional and did everything he could to help me. However, when a supposed manager got involved, things took a turn for the worse. He presented two offers loaded with unexplained fees, amounting to thousands of dollars. When I asked him what these charges were for, he simply said, "we need to make money." I had already secured financing through my bank before arriving, so I expected a straightforward process.
The discounts that initially attracted me to the dealership vanished, buried under fees he couldn't explain and unnecessary add-ons that I never requested. The advertised deal and what I was told over the phone were misleading and untrue. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.
Im not interest in providing worthwhile feedback.
