My 5-star rating is specifically based on my experience with Efrain Ponce. He is extremely accommodating (even of special needs of his customers), personable, and forthright. His service is superb, and h with Efrain Ponce. He is extremely accommodating (even of special needs of his customers), personable, and forthright. His service is superb, and he does his utmost to make his customers comfortable and to provide a pleasurable experience. He is efficient and respectful of the customer's time and needs. He interacts beautifully and listens well, in contradistinction to many dealership sales reps who are script regurgitators and only pretend to listen. Efrain is the best. To be frank and clear, I do not have an equally high opinion of the dealership management in general. On each occasion that I have transacted with Lexus of North Miami, I have been subjected to deceptive practices by management, which I have ultimately been able to overcome and avoid by virtue of my own vigilance. Not to say that Lexus of N. Miami is unique in this regard - my experience with all auto dealerships has been similar. All told, I put up with the nonsense because of the superior service provided by Efrain Ponce. In an era where there has been tremendous degradation and depersonalization of corporate customer service, generally, I appreciate the consummate professionalism of Efrain all the more! I am also giving a 5-star rating for Abe Oma (finance) and also laud his professionalism. More

Gus Called to offer help after buying my new car. Gus sounded concerned at first, made promises and never called back, no follow up just like the sales person Jade who lied to me on multiple occasion Gus sounded concerned at first, made promises and never called back, no follow up just like the sales person Jade who lied to me on multiple occasions after delivering my new car. She left me on my own from day one to deal with a technical issue that took 3 weeks to resolve spending 8 hours on the phone to have resolved. Lexus of north Miami is the worst Lexus purchase out of the 4 Lexus I’ve bought. I’ll never go back there, not even for service. More
