The process of buying the car was good--the salesman obviously had a job to do so he was trying to sell me on the car, but it wasn't over the top which I appreciated. I am more disappointed with Honolulu Ford's overall service to the customer, however. Within one week of taking the car home, the safety inspection expired, the check engine light came on, and the oil change light lit up. The 60-day warranty covered the check engine light work, but they charged us $50 for an oil change that (in my opinion) should have been done before selling the vehicle. That seems to be an easy check before putting a vehicle on the lot to sell. The fact that the safety inspection expired a week later and we had to pay $50 for an oil change 3 weeks after rolling off the lot speaks volumes about their care to provide a quality product to their customers. These are smaller details, I realize, but I'm pretty disappointed. I would have thought they had more pride in their service. In my opinion, it's these smaller details that set apart the better dealerships. More

At first I didn't have the best experiences, but once I got Kyle as my Service provider he really helped change my mind about their Customer Service. When my Focus went downhill I leased my first car a Fiesta and Angel was great! After I paid it off I decided to move to a Escape. Though the situation did not totally work out as I wanted, getting the type of Escape I wanted Rhett the Lease Manager and Marcus Wery the General Manager have done an exceptional job of doing whatever it takes to make me a satisfied and happy customer. Everyone from Sales/Lease Staff, Miles in Finance, the Service and Parts people have been great. More

Cleaned my new (used) car very well! I just bought a new (used) car, and I was promised a wash the very next time I brought the car in to the shop. The very next day, they did wash my ca I just bought a new (used) car, and I was promised a wash the very next time I brought the car in to the shop. The very next day, they did wash my car and caught 99% of the car, including a spot on the backseat. There is still a minor issue with a seat part that needs to be fixed, but for the most part, I am pleased with the service. More
