I came by Audi Fletcher Jones on a Sunday looking at a preowned vehicle I was interested in. Service advisor Paul Panya was so helpful with a dead battery issue. I didn’t dare turn off my car after a AAA jumpstart and was able to immediately bring the car to the service department. Paul arrange battery issue. I didn’t dare turn off my car after a AAA jumpstart and was able to immediately bring the car to the service department. Paul arranged for a loaner vehicle and my car was ready the next morning looking great after a complimentary wash. Paul has certainly become my go to service advisor! More
