Amazing service!! Oustanding hospitality! We bought our car 2 days ago from Angel Mendez. We arrived 20 min after the lot had already closed. Angel assured us it was ok and he was more than happy to help us and stay late. We quickly picked out the vehicle we wanted. Angel was very informative and pleasant to deal with. We already had a pre-approval and we went in and informed Angel of this...within minutes they accepted our preapproval and we were signing papers!! We were taken over to financial and there we dealt with Ben Davis. He was also very pleasant and great to deal with. His humor was a great additive bonus to our experience. In right at an hour we picked out a car, test drive it, got approved and signed papers!! This was the absolute best and fastest car deal we have ever made! Before we left Angel came out to shake our hand and I felt it was a very hear felt thank you!! He also filled up the tank and told us to bring it back when they open so they can do a total cleaning and put in the floor mats! I would definitely refer people to them!! Thanks for staying late and giving us such a great experience!!! A+++++++++ service!! More

My new Sonata came from the factory with a crooked headrest, and they replaced it without any problems. Quite happy with this dealer compared to others I have bought cars from in the past. Added bonus, they don't put advertisement stickers on your new car, and they don't have annoying radio commercials that play every 10 minutes like many of the other dealerships here in Augusta. More
