Was communicating and then they decided they wouldn’t

! At first, they sell you a dream when talking to the “online sales people”. Then when you get there, they say they have nothing to do with the “onlin
! At first, they sell you a dream when talking to the “online sales people”. Then when you get there, they say they have nothing to do with the “online sales people” , who mind you, work for them! Made us drive down 3 1/2 hours down to tell us with a score of 620 and no down payment, that our finance charges would be $747 a month!! For a $19,000 car!!!!!!! Mind you, we had no money down, and that’s what got them mad! The general managers left after they found out we had no money down. After that , you saw them no where! The only time you saw the general managers was when it was time to talk down payment. When realized none, they were no where to be seen and left his wingman to do the dirty work. They made the salesman offer us the highest APR to get us out of there quick! They are grimey! They false advertise! And they will treat you like nothing if you have no money down!! We told them we have four kids and our van is about to break down, which is why we needed the suv. When talking on the phone before going they made it sound so good! And then we went and they treated us as nothing. Not even caring about the family situation we explained. It’s sad to say, but the way they deal with people, they should be closed down. And I will do all in my power to get this word out and let everyone know what’s going on! From CEO to other managers in other stores and Down to BBB and whoever else I can let know about this bad business!
