After making an all cash deal with this dealership for one of their used cars and putting down a substantial deposit they sold the car out from under me without any regard to the deal we had made. During the negotiations for the car a very low bid for a potential trade in was given. When I told them I had a much better offer from Carmax the salesman tried scare tactics to try to get me to make the trade, The salesman stated it would cost me thousands in taxes not to do the trade when in reality it wold be less than $500 dollars extra in taxes. Carmax had offered $3400.00 more cash than this dealership. After making the all cash deal the salesman called to say he had the keys so no one else could sell the car. Then the next morning the salesman texted me to say the car had been sold because his manager had failed to tell the other managers the car had a buyer with a deposit on hand. How does anyone sell a car they can't find the keys for? How does this get past the finance department that took my deposit? This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a used car salesman. I would never suggest anyone use this dealership. If you see a car you want here get another dealership to purchase it and deal with them instead. More

Loved the personal touches and the fact that he was pleasant and didn’t act hurried or annoyed when I asked him to show me a vehicle while mine was being serviced. I had been looking at the new trucks while mine was being serviced not once did anyone even ask to help me so when I asked him if he had a certain vehicle he was quick to bring it up to the front doors and I drove it home within a hour. I had been walked by so many times by the other salesmen in the showroom I was there for a total of 6 hours waiting for my old truck. I really think the salesmen just didn’t want to take the time to deal with me ... their loss and kudos to Jerry for being so awesome. Love that you took the time and got the sale! More

I was interested in the Nissan Murano but my wise mom said to be sure to get something I could afford. So I then started looking at the Nissan Rogue. There was one on the lot that I test drove and really liked. Derrick the salesman asked if I wanted to look at financing and my mom said not today but something told me that I should go ahead and look at it. I thought they were going to come back and tell me they would run my credit and would need me to bring in some stuff. Not only did I not have to do that but I was approved the same day. I got to take my new car home on August 24, 2017. I really enjoyed the experience and the professionalism your staff showed. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you for making this a great experience for me. More
